Harvest Moon cocktail created by Ivy Mix |
The holiday season is all about enjoying a refreshing cocktail and drinking them responsibly. Back in September I discovered J.P. Chenet Ice, a sparkling wine form one of the best selling French winemakers. J.P. Chenet Ice is everything you want from a sparkling wine and it is crafted to be poured over ice and can be poured in larger mouth wine glasses over traditional flutes. The citrus and tropical notes make for easy pairing with fish or pork or poultry. I'm a fan of J.P. Chenet Ice by itself but Brooklyn mixologist Ivy Mix from Clover Club has crafted some flavorful recipes you can enjoy during this festive season and all the way into the New Year. For more information on J.P. Chenet Ice click here and see below for the recipes.

“Whenever
I’m imbibing during the holidays, I like to keep it simple, light and
refreshing. This cocktail’s bright pomegranate and citrusy lime flavors
interplay nicely with the lively bubbles and fruit characters of the JP Chenet
Ice, and its sparkling pink color strikes a festive and celebratory note.”
