CT Style Segment: Mixing Up the White Shirt

My lovely models for my segment Kierstin and Meghan

The White button down shirt is a wardrobe staple that begins as early as when we are toddlers and never goes away. On my recent CT Style Segment we showed you how to mix up your favorite White Button Down Shirt.

Mannequins on set

The white shirt can make any outfit look posh, sleek and can be layered under or over to create a modern and classic touch to any outfit. For the segment we showcased a variety of looks from casual, work, an evening out and also day to night.

The casual look which was modeled by Kierstin was kicked up a notch by us refinishing the Joe Fresh  shirt  for JC Penney and making it more of a wrap top  than the conventional button down shirt.

The professional look was really a take on a more conservative enviornment. Layering the  Quinn shirt  in white  from Spiegel with the Zoe Mod Dress in orange .

You can also glam up the white shirt with a sequin skirt and throw on a cropped  denim jacket from Old Navy  for a little rustic glamour.

Last, Meghan modeled  the Melanie shirtdress from Spiegel that can go from the office to date night.

Casual, professional, evening and day to night the wonderful versatility of the white shirt
